Kala Sai Sarwani , Biotechnology engineering graduate:
I joined InARI during October 2018 for my final year project work & the journey throughout was very inspiring, knowledgeable & I had actual research experience which was the best part. Apart from project, I had an opportunity to attend various other events & workshops conducted by the institute & they were all very helpful for me to gain knowledge as well as improve on my skills. The institute is focused on Problem Based learning which is one of the best way to learn. I learnt how to portray myself as a person & as a team. Rajanikanth sir & Poornima ma'am were very friendly, helpful, generous & patient with me throughout my project work. I feel overwhelmed to be a part of this & It would be great pleasure for me to join them again.
V.Heera, Biotechnology engineering graduate:
As a Biotech student, it seemed hard for me to understand why Biotech companies do not hire graduates, and skills that I was lacking.
I got to know InARI through a friend, who had attended a previous workshop and had benefitted from it. Here, we got to know the real need for Problem based and application-based learning, and the real needs of the industry and society as a whole. The workshops gave me an in-depth understanding of subjects like Genomics and Bioinformatics, and the projects conducted here empowered me and other students like me by familiarising us with dry lab and wet lab techniques. I would like to thank InARI and the wonderful team of faculty members for making me gain knowledge and confidence in my subjects of interest.
